Note: if the holiday falls on a Saturday, WDBEA will recognize it the Friday before, If the holidays falls on a Sunday, WDBEA will recognize it the following Monday.

Only full-time employees receive paid holidays. In addition to the identified holidays listed above, It is left up to the descretion of the Executive Director and/or the WDBEA Chair to declare any of the following days as holidays- the day before Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas Eve, and the day before New Year’s Eve.
