The Computer Learning Works: Employability and Work Maturity Skills assists users in gaining knowledge and skills that will enhance their ability to choose, locate, obtain, and maintain employment.

The lessons of the program are designed to allow older youth and adults with limited reading skills to develop the skills that are critical to the process of selecting, obtaining, and maintaining employment. The program's computer administered assessments identify needs and evaluate training effectiveness. All record keeping and reporting functions are computerized. High quality, colorful, and meangingful graphics provoke interest, enhance attention to detail, and aid in comprehension and retention of lesson content.
