Youth (Out-of-School)

• 16-24

• Must meet federal guidelines

• Not attending any school

• School dropout

• Pregnant or parenting youth 

• Low income and difficulty in reading, writing and solving math problems or English language learner 

• Homeless/Runaway/Foster child

• Offender

• Individual with a disability 

• Requires additional assistance 

Adults

• 18 + yrs old

• Must meet federal eligibility requirements 

• Needs additional assistance to be self-sufficient 

Dislocated Workers

•  Business closesure or a substantial Lay-off

• Individual Lay-off

•  Terminated due to no fault of your own or who has received notice of termination or layoff

•  Self-employed but lost job as a result of general economic conditions or a natural disaster

• Displaced homemaker
